Hergert Numbers on Ice!

This weekend, the Hergert Numbers made another visit to one of our favorite cities - Milwaukee!!

We were in town for a trip around the big oval at the Pettit National Ice Center. The Pettit Center offers public skating on their Olympic speedskating training oval at various times of year. It's pretty cool to skate on the same ice that's used to train Olympians, but it's also the smoothest, fastest ice the average person can find.

Since the oval is 400-meters long, it never feels crowded even when there are lots of people there on a busy Saturday afternoon. It's a little more expensive that your typical public rink, but it's well worth the couple extra bucks for the awesome ice, unique atmosphere, and better than average rental skates.
